David Warner
Warner has lashed out at the constant speculation about his retirement, calling it "sickening."

Ahead of the ICC World Cup 2023, David Warner, who is in India for the bilateral series, spoke about his favourite players and revealed the greatest player of all time in his opinion.

The southpaw did not name Virat Kohli or Sachin Tendulkar but rather picked South African legend Jacques Kallis as the greatest player of all time. Kallis is hailed as one of the best all-rounders to play the game. The 47-year-old has amassed more than 24,000 international runs and has taken 565 wickets across formats.

Further, Warner also mentioned MS Dhoni and remarked that the former Indian skipper is the best finisher in the world. Talking about MSD, the 42-year-old recently led CSK to their fifth IPL title, while Mahi became the joint-most successful skipper in the history of the cash-studded league.

Warner started well on the Indian soil, as the 36-year-old scored 52 (53) in the first ODI at Mohali. Warner is under the scanner over his form and was even in doubt about being a part of the ICC World Cup 2023 squad, but the Australian management backed the veteran to do well for the five-time World Champions.
