Former England captain Michael Vaughan is in love with Mumbai, the financial capital of India. He is currently in the Asian country for the ongoing ICC World Cup 2023.
Michael has watched a couple of games at the Wankhede Stadium and even visited Pune for England’s game against the Netherlands.
He liked the journey from Mumbai to Pune and Pune to Mumbai. In his most recent post on X, he opened up on his love for Mumbai.
“People always ask me why I love #Mumbai so much .. this is why .. the passion for life & more so cricket is so infectious .. the people all seem so happy & content .. Serious players on show btw .. #India Happy Diwali everyone x,” he wrote.
India and New Zealand will play the first semi-final at the Wankhede Stadium on November 15.
