Rashid Khan has thanked the Indian fans for supporting Afghanistan during their match against England in the ICC World Cup 2023. The clash was played at the Arun Jaitley Stadium in Delhi.
Afghanistan registered the most memorable win in international cricket. They defeated the defending champions by 69 runs after restricting the rivals to 215 runs.
Rashid took to X and wrote: “Delhi sach mein dil walon ki hai 🙌A huge thank you to all the fans at the stadium who supported us and kept us going through out the game 🙏And to all our supporters around the 🌍 thank you for your love 💙.”
He took three wickets in the game while defending 284 on a flat track.
