Former India player and one of the biggest supporters of the Afghanistan tea, Irfan Pathan, hosted the players for dinner at his home in Mumbai.
The Afghan players are in the city for the ICC World Cup 2023 game against Australia. He welcomed the Afghanistan players for a meal.
Adnan Sami and veteran Bollywood actor Sunil Shetty, Yusuf Pathan, and Harbhajan Singh were also present.
Imran Tahir and Ajay Jadeja also graced the occasion. Afghanistan have won four games in the tournament so far. They have defeated England, Pakistan, Sri Lanka and the Netherlands.
Meanwhile, Irfan has been performing dance on Afghanistan’s victories. He shook a leg with Rashid Khan after the latter’s team defeated Pakistan in Chennai.
