Industry STOMP

Industry STOMP (I-STOMP) is a derivative STOMP outreach program designed to fulfill the outreach needs of companies. Through a collaboration between the Tufts University Center for Engineering, Education, and Outreach (CEEO), industry personnel, and K-12 classrooms, I-STOMP offers professionals an opportunity to supply local area schools with STEM expertise.

I-STOMP volunteers work in a variety of classrooms and after-school programs. The Tufts' CEEO assists the volunteers and their venture into the classroom through training sessions and supplied curricula.

Currently, I-STOMP works with over 200 volunteers from National Instruments, Symantec Corp, Foster-Miller, Google, and General Electric who are placed in classrooms in central Texas, Waltham, Massachusetts, Mountain View, California, and Lynn, Massachusetts.
