How to Join for Universities

In 2004, STOMP at Tufts received renewed funding to not only continue its local efforts, but also to help other universities start their own STOMP programs.Tufts STOMP committed to helping 10 universities start and sustain STOMP outreach programs in their local communities over the next 4 years. STOMP at Tufts can provide small ($5,000) support awards for materials, travel, and/or consulting for the first year of the new program.

 

Support Award Details

STOMP awards are paid directly by Tufts University’s STOMP program and do NOT involve the transfer of any funds from Tufts to another institution. There are 3 potential areas for awards to be applied to: Equipment, Travel, and Consulting. The allocation of the award between the three categories should be specified in the proposal by the submitting organization.
