It seems like Pakistan cricket captain Sarfraz Ahmed is adamant to introduce new traditions into the cricket team, as the skipper now wants his teammates to clean up after themselves.

As per a video circulating on local media, several of the Pakistan team stars who were practicing at the ongoing training camp at Lahore’s Gaddafi Stadium, were seen gathering empty water bottles and disposing them off — apparently at Sarfraz’s command.

Breaking off with the general tradition in sports, where the rookies and newcomers are bound to perform such menial tasks. Star players including Mohammad Amir and Babar Azam, alongside newbies Imam ul Haq and other all joined in the cleaning duties.

Under the leadership of Sarfraz, Pakistan will play against Ireland, which will be their first-ever Test against Pakistan from May 11 to May 15 in Dublin. Pakistan will then play two Tests against England at Lord’s from May 24 to May 28 and Headingley from June 1 to June 5.
